In October, Southgate held our annual Health Fair, an event that had great attendance from both our residents and our staff members.
Sheila, Southgate’s Health and Wellness Director, organized the event. Many local vendors provided educational resources and consultation to our residents. Some of the vendors present included Mass Advantage, Solutions Outpatient Therapy, Apple Homecare, Kuchnir Dermatologist, Hearing Life, and many more.
“The Health and Wellness event was a great success due to the efforts of our vendors and our residents, who strive to learn all they can to keep healthy,” said Sheila. “I believe that you can be fit at any age with a little effort. My philosophy to remaining healthy is to stay positive and keep moving.”
