We have been invited for a tour of the Training Village in Hubbardston, MA. This training camp started by former New England Patriot Ron Burton enriches the lives of challenged youth in the areas of dynamic character and leadership development, physical fitness, social and educational advancement and spiritual growth. What best motivates us? To succeed in all aspects of life, to do “the right thing?” – personally, professionally, in academics, relationships, parenting? I’ll focus on both adults’ and children’s motivations. Cash and material rewards, role models, praise, gold stars, bribes…? What most motivated you as a child…now?
