Since 1969, Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (SNRC) has been dedicated to the health, safety and dignity of our Residents, while helping them achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. As part of our Continuing Care Retirement Community, SNRC offers short term rehabilitation, long term care, respite and hospice care.
SNRC’s interdisciplinary approach as a caring and compassionate center ensures that the special needs of all our residents are met through individualized care planning. Our consistent staff assignments provide the support and services that your loved one needs. Set on the Southgate campus, SNRC is thoughtfully designed with an enclosed courtyard where Residents can enjoy nature in safe surroundings.
