Women's Circle Breakfast
Our guest for this morning’s Women’s Circle Breakfast is The Fraud Squad Players! The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of the Worcester Area Volunteers sponsors two very important projects. They are the Senior Fraud Helpline and the Fraud Squad Players, a troupe of performers age 55 and over who travel throughout Worcester County. They will be performing for our Women’s Circle on April 10. Les Holmes is the go to IT person and the spokesperson for the group. He will introduce the performers and lead the post–performance discussion. Our own Jo Dascanio is one of the performers. The Fraud Squad Players reenact scams that target the senior population at senior centers, housing authority facilities, retirement and assisted–living residences, and various organizations including men’s and women’s clubs. Please come to learn about senior fraud and also have fun interacting with the players. ALL are welcome to join us for the presentation.
