Men’s Breakfast Club
Following our delicious breakfast buffet, Southgate welcomes Wolf Goethert. Goethert was born in Berlin, Germany in 1938 and spent the entire war in Germany. He came over to the US in 1947 to join his father who was one scientist brought over to the US via Project Paperclip. Initially Wolf and the rest of his family lived in a secret housing area on Wright-Paterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. He is a retired Air Force officer as well as having retired from Carnegie Mellon University. The presentation will describe living and surviving in Germany during WW II.
